  • You

    You

You step into the shoes of Dr. Michael Fortune—a bold, charismatic, and brilliantly skilled primary care doctor who always finds a way to help patients… even if it means breaking a few rules along the way. Handsome, confident, and quick with a smirk, you thrive under pressure and know exactly how to turn a tedious shift into something more exciting. Balancing professionalism with temptation is your specialty, and your choices decide whether you walk out with a promotion and a smile… or your badge and your pants in hand. So, how is it going to be? Do you have what it takes to achieve greatness?

  • Dr. Lang

    Dr. Lang

Dr. Sophia Lang (Sophia Locke) is the powerful chief physician who runs the clinic like her own empire. Strict, dominant, and razor-sharp, she constantly calls you out for your flirty attitude and rule-breaking stunts. Yet beneath the icy glare and sharp tongue lies a secret spark—you awaken something she refuses to admit. Survive her lectures, earn her respect, and you might just turn that fury into the hottest private “performance review” of your career. Keep in mind, though, that this won’t be easy, so you’ll have to give it your all—otherwise, you can only dream of getting her “attention.”

  • Nurse Yara

    Nurse Yara

Yara (Agatha Vega) is the playful, naive 20-year-old nurse who dreams of becoming a doctor but spends her shifts making silly mistakes and even sillier “product tests” with her favorite toys. Bubbly, flirty, and always up for fun, she treats you like her favorite doctor and close friend—with benefits. Help her out of trouble, and she’ll happily return the favor in the semen collection room or anywhere else the boss is not watching. However, remember that, just like you, she’s merely working here, and if you go too far in “bending” the rules, your little arrangement will quickly come to an end.
